Patricia is a former member of our guild and is the developer of the X-Blocks templates.  It was so much fun to see her again!  She was planning to retire soon, then the Missouri Star Quilt Company came out with their “Basixs” video.  Retirement is now on the back burner!

Stopped by her very full class today and everyone was busy selecting their fabrics, cutting and sewing their “Basix” blocks.  Here’s a look at what was going on at the class and a few of the quilt tops she talked about at our general meeting.  It is surprising how different the quilts look from the same basic templates.
