We have an Executive Board for Next Year
Presentations by Charities
We voted on which two of the three charities we would sponsor at our Holiday Auction. Each of these charities will receive 25% of the proceeds of the auction. The winners of the auction were:
Paso Robles Youth Arts Foundation
Our mission is to enrich the lives of area youth with FREE after-school classes in the visual and performing arts in a safe, nurturing environment.
NCI & Achievement House
We at Achievement House are dedicated to providing services that encourage and support individuals with disabilities, so that they may successfully achieve their personal and professional goals.
Yes Mam Quilt for the Lavender Festival is this Saturday
We needed a raffle quilt and many members offered one of their quilts.
It was a hard vote but we decided the public would be most enthusiastic about the top left one. It was made by Martha S.
Free Table
As promised, Thora brought many items that the guild had received from Paula W. (see last post). We showed of some of the new quilts that she donated:
Guild Challenge
Hard to decide with so many blocks. On the bottom left are some of the winners.

Opportunity Quilt
Next year we will not be caught flat footed again scrambling for an opportunity raffle quilt. Marianne donated this lovely top that Margaret Taylor made and we are going to work on hand quilting it for next year’s Opportunity Quilt.
Do you hand quilt? Call Carol A. and volunteer to do a block of this wonderful quilt
